Since I was a child I experienced visions and feeling energy of Angels around me, I remember feeling warm and cozy and totally safe around these energies. Being yourself is not an easy task at all times. During the course of our lives, especially as women we are taught to apologize for almost everything we feel, want and do. Society, culture, and ignorance have created these stigmas over the years, sure we have come a long way but I find we are still apologizing for things we have a birthright to. I have found three things, in particular, I will not apologize to anyone for, and I mean anyone. My own self-worth, self-respect, and love for myself are vital to my existence on this planet being fulfilled. It is not selfish to put your needs first, nor is it selfish to say no when you mean no.  Putting others fist can drain your soul and leave you sapped of all positive energy. Junk and clutter can take over your life. We may have a tendency to keep things always thinking we may use them another day, and all these unused items take over our homes, our space and our lives. When items overtake our personal space they can become a block for anything new to come into your life.  Stuff holds energy, be it bad or good, this energy holds a pattern from the past which is not all positive and can weigh us down energetically without us even realizing it.  Clearing out stuff and either giving it away or simply throwing them away can clear your soul.   I grew up in a home full of clutter, as a child I did not realize this was abnormal, as a young adult I began to feel embarrassed and blocked by all that surrounded me, still not clearly understanding that the clutter caused me great stress and anxiety which limited my Joy and productivity.
