How can I benefit from working with an intuitive life coach?

There are a million ways that an intuitive life coach can change your life for the better. In general, you will learn how to adjust your thoughts and feelings to vibrate at a frequency that is a match to the life you want. You will also learn to identify self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors and get in the habit of nipping them in the bud. You may get a better idea of who you are on a similar spiritual level with or you may even discover your life purpose. You may also begin to work on your dream career, find the love of your life, heal broken relationships, or set out on a fulfilling  adventure that satisfies your longing for discovery. You can explore how to feel happy and truly at peace. More things that can happen while working with an intuitive life coach include:
  • Finding passions
  • Taking up new hobbies
  • Making new friends and improving social life
  • Finding the courage to chase lifelong dreams
  • Creating financial abundance
  • Sparking your creativity
  • Starting a new business or organization
  • Rekindling your compassion for others
  • Becoming a happier person
  • Losing weight
  • Improving your well being
  • Tapping into your own intuitive abilities
This list of potential benefits are simply the beginning.   What is most important to you, and what makes you feel fulfilled? Is it Love? Career success? Good health?  Maybe you just want to learn how to take great care of your soul.

How The Maria Fontana Transformation Changed My Business

Stop Giving A Crap

Worrying about what other people think is a dead end. Other people's opinions of us do not matter in the reality of life, these misconceptions are learned behaviors which can be unlearned. I Matter

Yes! I said it, I don't care what you think of me. I don't care what you say about me either, and I will tell you why.  As many of us in our childhood I was conditioned to put other's first. What strangers, neighbors, relatives and just about everyone else said or thought had importance, my voice did not, what I felt was always pushed down.  My voice was stifled and my feelings ignored, now this is not a "poor me" story, but a story of growth.  As I healed and did immense work on myself I discovered "I" mattered, my voice mattered and my feelings mattered.  Simple gestures of self love towards myself helped me grow, here are a few I used: Scheduling myself for me time Eliminating toxic people from my circle Saying "NO" Doing only what brings me "Joy" and nothing out of obligation ...
