Worrying about what other people think is a dead end. Other people's opinions of us do not matter in the reality of life, these misconceptions are learned behaviors which can be unlearned. Consuming our daily life around the approval, thoughts and wishes of others can fill your life and self worth . Filling your head with only doubt. I have been guilty of giving a crap way too much in my life, because I was taught to worry about what people think, it had become a way of life and seemed like there was no other way. "Oh my, what will the neighbors think....?" Through years of working on myself using efficient tools and techniques I am finally free, well, ( I occasionally fall off the wagon, but catch myself and get right back on track!) By changing my thoughts and destructive pattern of not loving myself enough and not listening to my gut (aka-intuition.) Sometimes stuff looks good on paper but is really challenging when you attempt to apply it to your daily...
