Imagine your future

When you imagine your future, do not think it will be as it is today. Use your amazing imagination and light  to create a film of all you desire in your life. When we focus on problems we give them attention and lose sight of creating attainable solutions. And the way we speak to ourselves hundreds of times a day creates a negative or positive vibration.

Focusing on what is wrong, what is lacking, what is missing or anything negative will amplify that turnout. When we reboot how we look at our present reality and imagine the changes we desire we create positive vibrations which will attract more good into your life.  Focus on all that is good, all your blessings and imagine what you want to create.  Vision boards are a fun and easy way to create a visual reminder of what you desire.  Have some fun and make one today, add all the things you desire, no matter what they may be.

As this may seem all too easy, it is the law of energy and will be if we follow through with these actions and behaviors every day.
Making small changes is best, small attainable goals which will become part of your daily life.
Been there, done that, I speak from experience.

Tips For Imaging Your Future:

  • Make a vision board with pictures , (voided checks written to yourself for millions, your ideal home etc...
  • Set 5 minutes a day aside to envision your ideal job, career, retirement.
  • Experiment with writing your desires in a journal every morning, a quick 5 desires a day is easy!
  • Think about what you have today that you desired at one time.
  • Feel your desire for what you want and believe it is so.
Dress the part-- ( How you dress and take care of yourself will reflect in your outcome)

How The Maria Fontana Transformation Changed My Business

Stop Giving A Crap

Worrying about what other people think is a dead end. Other people's opinions of us do not matter in the reality of life, these misconceptions are learned behaviors which can be unlearned. Consuming our daily life around the approval, thoughts and wishes of others can fill your life and self worth .  Filling your head with only doubt. I have been guilty of giving a crap way too much in my life, because I was taught to worry about what people think, it had become a way of life and seemed like there was no other way. "Oh my, what will the neighbors think....?"  Through years of working on myself using efficient tools and techniques I am finally free, well, ( I occasionally fall off the wagon, but catch myself and get right back on track!)  By changing my thoughts and destructive pattern of not loving myself enough and not listening to my gut (aka-intuition.)  Sometimes stuff looks good on paper but is really challenging when you attempt to apply it to your daily...

I Matter

Yes! I said it, I don't care what you think of me. I don't care what you say about me either, and I will tell you why.  As many of us in our childhood I was conditioned to put other's first. The "people" mattered most of all, later I wondered who the fuck these people really were and what they had to do with my life anyway. What strangers, neighbors, relatives and just about everyone else said or thought had importance, my voice did not, what I felt was always pushed down.  My voice was stifled and my feelings ignored, now this is not a "poor me" story, but a story of growth.  As I healed and did immense work on myself I discovered "I" mattered, my voice mattered and my feelings mattered.  Simple gestures of self love towards myself helped me grow, here are a few I used: Scheduling myself for me time Eliminating toxic people from my circle Saying "NO" Doing only what brings me "Joy" and nothing out of obligation ...
